Monsoon will remain active in Nepal for three more days from today

The Water and Meteorological Department has informed that the monsoon will be more active in Nepal for three days from today. According to the department, it will be cloudy in the afternoon.

There is a possibility of heavy rain at one or two places in the state-1, Madhes region, Bagmati region, Gandaki region, Lumbini region and far western region today.

It has been raining heavily in the eastern parts of Nepal since last night. According to the Flood Forecasting Department, heavy rains have been recorded in the areas around Bhadrapur, Birtamod, Shanishchere, Domukha-Kankai and Jhapa since 12 noon due to heavy rains.

The Meteorological Department has already issued a special bulletin to take precautions as there are chances of landslides, soil erosion and high flow due to heavy rains.
