The Government of Nepal has made public its official position regarding Limpiyadhura, Lipulekh and Kalapani, the disputed areas between Nepal and India. Government spokesperson and Minister of Communications and Information Technology Gyanendra Bahadur Karki, made public the official position of the government before announcing the decision of the cabinet meeting on Sunday.

He said that the government was firm and clear that Limpiyadhura, Lipulekh and Kalapani east of the Mahakali river were an integral part of Nepal. He mentioned that the government has been urging India to stop the construction and expansion of any one-way road through Nepalese territory.
