Three Indian nationals arrested from Kailali for beating employee and robbing car

Three Indian nationals have been arrested in Kailali for thrashing a government employee and escaping in his car.

They have been arrested from the forest of Godavari Municipality-1, Kailali, said Ved Prakash Joshi, spokesperson of Kailali district police office. The men were hiding in the Aishwarya Community Forest and were arrested by the police.

All the arrested persons have been kept in the custody of the regional police office Malakheti,’ spokesperson Joshi said. The reasons for the damage are yet to be ascertained. According to the victim, the trio had asked Godavari Municipality for a lift for theft and said that they would pour oil in the victim’s car. However, when they reached Budhitola in Godavari Municipality-4 of Kailali, they pulled out Bhandari, thrashed him, tied him to a tree and fled with his car.

The three accused have been identified as 21-year-old Bhagat Singh, 18-year-old Shahil Badlise and 20-year-old Sunny Jant from Sonipat, Haryana, India. The stolen car (Province 3-01-023 Cha 8721) was also found near the Pathak petrol pump on the way to the community forest.
